Instructors

Active means the instructor is assigned to at least one class in a semester currently marked active. Use the Semester filter to see who taught in an earlier term, and Export CSV to download the filtered list — including email addresses — for staff communication. Student contact details export from the Enrollments page.

Note: “Add Instructor” creates a new user account with instructor privileges — or, if the email already belongs to someone, promotes that existing account. Assigning an instructor to a specific class still happens in the Instructor Assignment section of the Products editor.
