Record offline membership

Cash, check, or comp (waived). New members get a membership record; existing members get a renewal (new term from payment date), a payment for your ledger, and LGL sync — same pattern as Stripe checkout renewals.

Payment method

For a check or cash payment that also includes a donation. The gift is recorded as its own line, the donor is emailed a tax receipt for the gift only, and it syncs to LGL as a gift.
